Pier is a small-team AI product company, so the work has to connect product judgment, architecture, and delivery every day. I owned the shape of the product platform across interviews, analysis, reporting, workflow tools, and the operating decisions around them.
A small AI company cannot afford a clean separation between strategy decks and implementation. The useful work was keeping the company pointed at a product people could use while making the technical system strong enough to keep changing.
